Treatment costs will vary depending on the particular treatment you receive. We discuss the cost and payment options with you before we provide care. You will never have surprises when it comes to your bill, and the choice for treatment is always yours.

We accept most insurance plans & major credit cards.

If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our staff is knowledgeable and always available to help you. We want you to get the most out of your budget, so we work with your insurance provider to ensure you get the best coverage available to you.

We are an in-network provider for Moda, Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, and Regence and we accept most traditional insurance plans.  Some of our doctors are in-network providers for MetDental. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Criscione Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations or OHP; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards (excluding American Express), HSA, and FSA cards. Financing for select patients can be arranged.

Criscione Dental Wellness Plan For Uninsured Patients

Criscione Family Dental will customize your Wellness Plan to meet your preventive and maintenance needs. Each plan is designed specifically for you and includes the 15% courtesy discount. Please note specialty services and products are excluded from discounts. We encourage you to meet with one of our business office team members for more information.
